This is the moment for a Head of People to guide this growth and ensure the organization continues to scale effectively.

Until now, HR has primarily been overseen by the management team with support from external providers, while certain operational tasks, such as payroll administration, have been handled internally. As the company grows and professionalizes its structure, with clearer roles, responsibilities, and governance, there is a need for a Director-level Head of People to bring structure, professionalize HR, and act as a strategic partner to the leadership team.

The new Head of People will be at the heart of shaping a people strategy that reflects the company’s energy and ambitious growth plans. On joining, the Head of People will find an organization that requires further HR development, offering a broad and varied set of responsibilities that will continue to evolve over time. This broad portfolio includes advising on organizational design, compensation schemes, governance, and workforce structure, ensuring teams have clear hierarchies and well-defined growth paths. On the operational side, the Head of People will oversee contract management, local compliance, employment conditions, and support the onboarding of new teams, including the company’s international expansion.

Requirements

  • Over 8 years of experience
  • Track record in building and professionalizing HR departments in private equity environments
  • Able to provide strategic advice at board- and managerial level
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Hands-on, scale-up mindset
