Amsterdam 19 October 2023 – The renowned sustainability benchmark GRESB again rates Rockfield’s residential funds with five stars in 2023. Funds DSYPH and DULV, collectively about 3,500 apartments in operation, scored 90 out of 100 points, improving scores from last year. In this sustainability assessment, Rockfield’s funds finished in the top 15% of 157 participating European residential funds and also performed well above the average GRESB score of 75.
‘We are very proud of our efforts that led to this excellent score’ said Luc Platenburg; CFO of Rockfield. ‘Both the energy footprint and greenhouse gas emissions have been reduced and our improved data coverage helps monitor this.’
The five-star status is the highest attainable rating within GRESB and means that the DSYPH and DULV is among the 20% best-scoring funds globally competing in the benchmark.
