What does your day as a Community Manager look like?
You start your day with a cup of coffee with your immediate colleague in Eindhoven, during which you discuss the work/planning for that day. After reading your emails, you make a list of the questions that need to be answered and prioritise them. Just as you are about to respond to the emails, a tenant arrives at your door with a technical question. You quickly decide what takes priority. After dealing with your emails, you also have a meeting with your colleagues and you still have to rent out the vacant properties, so it’s a busy day!
In the afternoon, you change locations because you need to give a supplier access. After that, you help a number of tenants with their departure. Within 24 hours, you organise a thorough cleaning and technical check for the vacant properties and draw up a report so that the new tenant can be properly on-boarded the next day.
… It’s now cocktail hour. The Meet-Your-Neighbour event that you organised together with a few tenants has just started. Nice music, time to relax… a new resident approaches you and asks if it’s possible to organise a jam session in the community room. Sure! You agree to discuss it further tomorrow.
Now it’s time to enjoy the fact that, despite all the hustle and bustle and unexpected twists and turns, you were still able to complete your schedule for the day. Your residents are clearly enjoying the drinks and you can look back on the working day with satisfaction.
This makes the job special!
We like to be open and clear about what the position entails: it is a varied and independent position in which you work closely with your immediate fellow Community Manager on location. In addition, you will have many -online- contacts with suppliers, tenants and your colleagues at our other locations.
You coordinate, facilitate, act as a source of information and organise. Every day, you answer a wide range of questions from tenants. You encourage residents to get involved in the shared living environment on our online platform. In addition to organising fun activities for and with residents, you sometimes have to address issues such as non-compliance with rules or late payments. The resident you address will be the same person you meet again the next day at an activity. Variety is the spice of life!
Are you…….
An energetic and organised personality, who stands firm, is stress-resistant, prioritises. You can alternate management activities with creating involvement with tenants to make it a pleasant living environment together? Then we would like to meet you to become the new Community Manager in Eindhoven!
