The Hague, 14 May 2025 – Rockfield Real Estate, M&G and VORM have successfully completed The Rock in The Hague. The residential building is part of Binck City Park. The 296 rental apartments were developed and built by VORM. The first seven floors are intended for 197 compact student apartments, which will be let by student housing provider DUWO. The upper floors contain 99 rental apartments for young professionals in the affordable and mid-rental segment. These have been fully let by Rockfield.
With its completion, The Rock is now fully let, highlighting the high demand for high-quality, affordable housing in The Hague. The project is part of Binck City Park, a large-scale area development comprising 896 energy-efficient apartments that will contribute to the transformation of the Binckhorst district.

Living in The Rock: Students and young professionals under one roof
The Rock offers a modern living environment in a lively urban setting and is located on the former industrial site of Binckhorst.
