Location, area and properties

The Certosa project will be realised in Milan, the academic and economic engine of northern Italy. The city has over 190,000 students and is one of Europe’s most important university cities. With institutions such as the Politecnico di Milano, Università degli Studi di Milano and Bocconi, there is a structurally strong demand for high-quality student accommodation.

The project will be developed in the Certosa district, in the north-west of the city, an area that is rapidly transforming from a former industrial area into a modern, mixed-use district with space for living, working and innovation. The Bovisa campus of the Politecnico di Milano will be just an eight-minute bike ride away.

Thanks to the combination of a large student population, limited new construction and a rapidly developing neighbourhood, Project Certosa will be strategically positioned within the growing PBSA segment in Italy.
The complex will comprise a total of 427 residential units, divided into studios, twin studios and a few apartments with shared kitchens, the majority of which will be self-contained studios with their own bathroom and kitchen.

The homes will be efficiently designed and vary in size, with an average surface area of between approximately 17 and 24 m², depending on the type. All units will be finished and furnished in a modern style for comfortable and independent living, with a strong focus on daylight, functionality and quality.
