About the role
Are you a creative and proactive student specialising in marketing and communication? Would you like to help position innovative living concepts and property projects across Europe?
As a Marketing & Communications Intern at Rockfield, you’ll be fully integrated into the marketing team. You’ll mainly be based at our head office in Amsterdam, combined with regular visits to our living locations. This will give you an insight not only into our marketing strategy, but also into the day-to-day reality and experiences of our tenants.
You’ll work on a wide range of projects and have the opportunity to make a direct impact on campaigns, content and the visibility of our projects.
You’ll be given plenty of areas to take the initiative and will work closely with colleagues within Property Management, as well as with other departments.
What are you going to do? As an intern, you’ll be part of the marketing team and will help with day-to-day tasks and projects. These might include:
- Contribute to marketing campaigns (online and offline).
- Creating content for social media, newsletters and websites, amongst other things.
- Providing support with the positioning of property concepts such as student accommodation and co-living projects.
- Managing and optimising social media channels.
- Contributing ideas on campaigns and branding strategies.
- Support with website management and online optimisation.
- Analysing campaigns and reporting on results.
- Provide support for internal communication and marketing projects.
- Contribute to tenant communications for tenants of The Cohesion and StuNest. This includes communications via tenant apps, printed materials and content relating to tenant activities.
- To assist with editorial work for internal communications at Rockfield.
Who are you?
- You are studying for an MBO or HBO qualification in Marketing, Communication or Business Economics.
- You are looking for a work placement lasting 4–6 months, for at least 4 days a week.
- You are creative, independent and take the initiative.
- You’re interested in marketing, content and digital channels.
- You work with attention to detail and have strong communication skills.
- You speak and write Dutch and English well.
