Location & area

Project Pallars is located in the heart of Barcelona’s innovative 22@ district. Known as the city’s tech and knowledge hub, this neighbourhood offers direct access to universities such as UPF, BGSE, IBEI and TBS, as well as fast connections to the city centre and public transport via La Sagrera Station. With attractions such as the Sagrada Família a short distance away, this location uniquely combines studying, living and urban life.

Studios

The development consists of 300 modern studios and apartments, specially designed for (inter)national students. The layout focuses on privacy and comfort, combined with shared facilities that encourage meeting and social interaction. The mix of independent and shared units meets the diverse needs of the student community.

Sustainability

Sustainability is central to the design and operation of Pallars. The building complies with strict ESG guidelines and contributes to Rockfield’s Net Zero objectives. This includes energy-efficient installations, smart climate control and responsible use of materials. The green courtyard garden and communal areas also promote well-being and community building.

Living concept

Pallars offers more than just living space. Students benefit from facilities such as a gym, swimming pool, leisure and study areas, and a communal kitchen. This creates a close-knit community with space for study, relaxation, and personal growth. The concept has been developed with a focus on connection, safety, and future-proof living.
