As Technical Coordinator Maintenance Contracts, you are the connecting factor between suppliers, contractors, technical management and community managers. You ensure that contracts are not only correct on paper but also add value in practice. As this is a relatively young portfolio (buildings completed since 2017), there is a great opportunity for you to further develop and optimise the maintenance and procurement process. With your insight and initiative, you will streamline management and ensure that our portfolio remains future-proof in the coming years. You will maintain an overview, think ahead and ensure that everything is properly documented.

What does your day look like?

Your day begins with a meeting with the technical coordinator for management and maintenance and the community managers. Together, you discuss the progress of maintenance, planned projects, and reports. You monitor the overview and set the priorities. Then you call a supplier to improve agreements and work on a new contract.

Later in the morning, you visit a complex where maintenance and MJOP work is being carried out. Together with the supplier, you check the quality, record your findings and discuss areas for improvement. Back at your laptop, you will develop a plan to organise the maintenance of the entire portfolio in a smarter and more streamlined way. You will present this plan to your colleagues later in the week so that you can decide together how it will be implemented in practice.

In the afternoon, a complex malfunction/complaint comes in. Given the complexity, you consult with the technical coordinator for management and maintenance about the content and take action! As a troubleshooter, you analyse the problem, take the appropriate actions and ensure that everything is resolved quickly and properly.

At the end of the day, you have an evaluation meeting with a supplier. You discuss performance, risks and areas for improvement, and make concrete agreements. Finally, you take a look at market developments and opportunities relating to innovation, sustainability and cost optimisation.

In short: you will be working in the areas of technology, contracts and collaboration. With plenty of scope to
shape processes and ensure that everything runs smoothly, professionally and with a view to the future.
