Amsterdam, 22th of October, 2025 – Rockfield Real Estate has appointed Guido Maarsman as Investment Manager within Rockfield’s Investment team. With this appointment, Rockfield strengthens its team with an experienced real estate professional with a proven track record in asset management, investments and sustainable project development.
Maarsman joined PATRIZIA in 2019 as Associate Director within the Investment Division. In this role, he managed an extensive residential portfolio and realised several turnkey development projects in the Netherlands, accounting for more than 1,000 completed homes. One of these projects achieved the first residential BREEAM In-Use “Excellent” certificate in the Netherlands — an important milestone in the field of sustainability.
